LEKEMPTI

Lekempti coffee is appreciated for its smoother acidity, balance, and delicate fruit flavors. lekempti coffee is primarily cultivated in welega, a province to the west of addis ababa, where coffee is mostly grown in forest or semi-forest land and naturally processed.

DJIMMAH

An excellent,low-acid Ethiopian coffee. Djimma coffee is grown in the Illubabor and Kaffa regions of Ethiopia at elevations within the biggest catchment area in Ethiopia.

YIRGACHEFE

Ethiopian yirgacheffe coffee is considered one of the best coffees in the world. it comes from the town of yirgacheffe in southern Ethiopia. The variety, terroir, and processing method creates an organic coffee with a fruit forward flavor that is sought by many coffee lovers.

SIDAMO

Ethiopia’s sidamo coffees are known for their rich body that is very complex along with a bright and vibrant aftertaste that are fairly consistent from year to year, making this a staple Ethiopian coffee for any coffee roaster.

GUJI

Ethiopian sidamo guji coffee is known for having extremely fruit forward flavors. guji is located in the oromia coffee growing region of southern ethiopia. due to the climate and acidic soil in this particular region of southern ethiopia.

LIMMU

Limu coffee grows in the south-west of ethiopia between 1,100 to 1,900 metres above sea level. the coffee is known and desired for its good cup, sweet, spicy/winey flavor and balanced body.

BENCHIMAJI

This coffee comes from one of the most amazing land terroirs in the south Ethiopia, the benchimaji zone known for its forest, semi-forest, and wild coffee with sweet floral notes and crisp acidity.
